Responsibilities

Reporting to the District Manager, you will be responsible for the general running of your store. You will ensure that sales targets are exceeded, customer service is at its highest level and the store image is impeccable. You will be responsible for leading and motivating your team and maintaining an atmosphere that is always active and pleasant.

Drive business growth: Analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
Master inventory management: Ensure optimal stock levels, manage inventory control, and minimize losses
Foster a positive team culture: Lead by example, promote effective communication, and create a supportive and inclusive work environment
Develop talent: Recruit, train, and mentor your team to reach their full potential and drive employee satisfaction
Optimize operations: Plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure smooth store operations.
