Responsibilities

Job description:

Managing the boutique occupying up to 170 sq. m
Implementation of the established sales objectives
Analysis and implementation of the established KPI value
Effectiveness in team management
Professional customer service
Information circulation and transferring according to the company’s standards
Taking care of the boutique’s image according to established standards – Visual Merchandising, stock management, etc
Regular reporting and cooperation with company’s headquarters
Responsible for security of the company’s property (material responsibility)

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who:

Possess at least 2-year experience in team management (retail industry particularly)
Are highly interested in fashion
Are well-organized with analytical abilities
Are able to determine and fulfill short- and long-term objectives
Have experience in motivating team and building up positive relationships
Possess experience in training employees
Show initiative and are creative
Can multitask and face new challenges
Are able to deliver first-class customer service
Are ready to work flexible hours (at the weekends also)
