Responsibilities

Fast Food Store Manager
Daily Operations: Preparation ingredients & Oversee the smooth transition the daytime Kimbap menu
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and schedule part-time staff (local and international).
Customer Excellence: Ensure high-quality service and handle customer feedback for both dine-in and delivery (Wolt/Foodora).
Inventory & Supply: Monitor stock levels of fresh ingredients and manage orders with suppliers (including beer/beverage partners).
Administrative Support: Manage daily sales reports, coordinate with the company accountant, and handle local vendor communications.

Requirements

Language: Fluency in Hungarian (Native/C1) and English (Professional/B2).
Experience: Previous experience in F&B management, hospitality, or a fast-paced retail environment.
Problem Solver: Ability to handle administrative tasks (Telekom, utilities, local authorities) independently.
Availability: Flexible to manage shifts covering both lunch rushes and evening bar operations.
Legal Status: Must have a valid Hungarian work permit or EU citizenship.

Nice-to-have

Passion for Korean food and culture (K-Pop, K-Drama, or prior K-Food experience).
Digital-savvy: Experience managing delivery platforms and social media.
Background in Business Administration or Hospitality Management (Master’s students are welcome).
