YOUR TASKS

As Steward, you will be responsible for the following duties:  

Cleaning and storage of cutlery, glass, crockery and porcelain, as well as cooking utensils
Cleaning all kitchen equipment, appliances, floors and walls
Correct handling and use of the various cleaning agents
Proper use, care and cleaning of all equipment used
All waste disposal in accordance with appropriate company guidelines
Proper storage, maintenance and handling of equipment

YOUR PROFILE

As Steward, we expect from you:  

Initial experience in the cleaning sector in the upscale hospitality
A strong customer service orientation and a self-reliant way of working
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure - your position includes weekend and holiday shifts
Good manners and a high degree of quality awareness
Open-mindedness, a sense of responsibility and teamwork
