Responsibilities
About the Role
As our organization transitions from legacy systems to SAP in the next 1 year, we are strengthening our Supply Chain team with a dedicated Specialist Supply Chain on a one‑year contract. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys process ownership, and is motivated by helping shape future ways of working.
You will play a key role in supporting day‑to‑day supply chain operations to our CZ/SK organization while also contributing to the successful implementation of SAP. After the transition period, the long‑term structure of the role will be evaluated, offering potential future opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Logistics Management for CZ/SK
- Oversee inbound shipments and ensure timely, accurate receipt of materials
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve delivery issues
- Subcontracting & Purchasing Support in CZ/SK
- Manage subcontracting purchase and material flows
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with requirements
- ERP Master Data & Product Setup in CZ/SK
- Create and maintain new product master data in the ERP system
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of supply planning parameters
- SAP Implementation Support in CZ/SK
- Participate in testing, data migration, and process validation
- Provide feedback on system design and support user acceptance testing
- Help document new processes and support training activities
- Continuous Improvement in HU, CZ/SK
- Identify opportunities to streamline supply chain processes
- Support cross‑functional collaboration during the transition period
Requirements
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, or a related field
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP experience is a strong advantage)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a changing environment with evolving processes
- Willingness to travel regularly to Brno (CZ) in case of Hungarian location
- Good communication skills in English; Czech is an advantage
