Spare Parts Warehouse Leader
Task:
- Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics of Spare Parts
- Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency — with customer satisfaction the primary goal — by establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals
- Develop Spare Parts warehouse operations by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping monitoring
- Train the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
- Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service
- Carry out regular inventory counts in order to ensure proper planning and work procedure
- Responsibility for stock level replenishment – On procurement and production parts
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, shipping, and customer service
- Schedule and oversee warehouse team and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
- Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary
- Deliver weekly reports to Spare Parts department manager, concerning pre-defined successful operation handling percent, manpower efficiency, procurement flow ratio.
Expectation:
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse managing experience
- Secondary technical qualification or graduation
- Knowledge of Hungarian and English both oral and written
- Use Microsoft Office with confidence (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with working in ERP environment – SAP / Oracle / Other
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Independent, pro-active attitude with good problem-solving skills
Other:
- License to operate a forklift is an advantage
