Responsibilities

General purpose of the job:

Conduct a thorough review and analysis of parts orders across the entire region, provide recommendations for order optimization, and improve the parts supply rate.
Conduct an analysis of parts prices and provide recommendations to standardize prices across different channels.
Provide recommendations for the operation of the parts warehouse to reduce operating costs and improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

Analyse parts orders to identify opportunities for improvement and weak points in the business, then develop enhancement plans to ultimately increase the parts supply rate.
Conduct a review of the CEE inventory to provide a rational inventory list, thereby improving parts turnover and the first-time supply rate. Streamline the Distributor Order and supply process for more efficient business operation.
Follow up on and manage other after-sales projects, including addressing and resolving inquiries from distributors and customers.
All other tasks related to the job that your superior entrusts you.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in mechanical engineering.
5+ years of automobile spare parts business and spare parts warehouse management work experience with proven track records in the CEE region.
This position will be based in Hungary, and traveling will be required.
Strong communication skills.
Microsoft Excel (advanced: complex formulas, PivotTables) and ppt skills
Fluency in English and other languages would be advantageous.
