Responsibilities

Process and review vendor invoices and employee expense reimbursements
Ensure accurate and compliant accounting in line with internal regulations
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Track reconciliations, aging items, and financial KPIs
Handle the full lifecycle of fixed assets: additions, depreciation, transfers, disposals
Participate in process transitions, documentation, and optimization projects
Support internal and external audits
Maintain close cooperation with global finance and business teams

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3 year of experience in Purchase to Pay and/or Fixed Assets
Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written)
High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and service-oriented mindset
Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
Motivation to grow professionally in an international environment
