Responsibilities

Perform Credit Management, Dispute Management and Collections activities
Monitor Accounts Receivable balances and follow up on overdue payments
Investigate and resolve customer AR discrepancies and disputes
Support month-end closing activities, audits and AR-related projects
Participate in process transitions, handovers and continuous process improvement
Work closely with internal stakeholders and international teams

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in Order to Cash
Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset
Confident user of MS Office and ERP systems
Openness to learning and professional development
