Als Spa Supervisor im Mandarin Oriental, Vienna bist du Teil des Spa Teams und für verschiedene Aufgaben verantwortlich. Du berichtest an unsere Assistant Director of Spa und Director of Spa.

Als Spa Supervisor wist du für folgende Aufgaben verantwortlich sein:

• Koordination und Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe im Spa-Bereich, um Effizienz und Kundenzufriedenheit zu maximieren
• Entwicklung und Implementierung neuer Behandlungsangebote sowie saisonaler Specials, um den Gästen ein innovatives Erlebnis zu bieten
• Überwachung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Spa-Dienstleistungen
• Überwachung der Gästezufriedenheit und proaktive Lösung von Beschwerden oder Anliegen
• Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Stammgästen, um langfristige Kundentreue zu fördern
• Stellvertretung der Assistant Director of Spa und Director of Spa
• Pflege und Instandhaltung der Spa-Ausstattung sowie des Behandlungsbereichs
• Beratung der Gäste zu geeigneten Behandlungen basierend auf ihren Bedürfnissen und Wünschen
• Durchführung von professionellen Massagen, Gesichtsbehandlungen, Körperanwendungen und anderen Wellness-Behandlungen
• Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Planung von Spa-Veranstaltungen und -Aktivitäten
• Teilnahme an regelmäßigen Schulungen zur Weiterentwicklung der eigenen Fachkenntnisse und Behandlungstechniken.

About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Vienna within the Spa Team in Vienna, the Spa Supervisor is responsible for various duties. The Spa Supervisor reports to the Assistant Director of Spa and Director of Spa.

As Spa Supervisor you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Coordination and optimization of workflows in the spa area to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Development and implementation of new treatment offerings as well as seasonal specials to provide guests with an innovative experience
• Monitoring the adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement of spa services
• Monitoring guest satisfaction and proactively addressing complaints or concerns
• Building and maintaining relationships with regular guests to foster long-term customer loyalty
• Acting as the deputy for the Assistant Director of Spa and Director of Spa
• Maintenance and upkeep of spa equipment and treatment areas
• Advising guests on appropriate treatments based on their needs and preferences
• Conducting professional massages, facials, body treatments, and other wellness services
• Assisting in the organization and planning of spa events and activities
• Participating in regular training to further develop professional knowledge and treatment techniques

Als Spa Supervisor erwarten wir von dir:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/r Spa- oder Wellness-Therapeuten/in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Wellness
• Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Massagen, Gesichts- und Körperbehandlungen
• Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse über Hautpflegeprodukte und deren Anwendung
• Freundliches, professionelles und gepflegtes Auftreten
• Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch & Englisch
• Flexibilität und Bereitschaft, auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen zu arbeiten
• Interesse an persönlicher Weiterentwicklung und regelmäßigen Schulungen

As Spa Supervisor we expect from you:

• Completed training as a spa or wellness therapist or a comparable qualification in the wellness field
• Experience in performing massages, facials, and body treatments
• Excellent knowledge of skincare products and their application
• Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance
• Strong sense of responsibility
• High level of accountability and teamwork skills
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• Flexibility and willingness to work on weekends and holidays
• Interest in personal development and ongoing training

Das kollektive Mindestbruttomonatsgehalt für diese Position beträgt € 2.263,00.

The collective minimum gross monthly salary for this position is €2.263,00. There is a willingness to offer a higher salary depending on qualifications and work experience.
