Über die Position

Als Spa Attendant im Mandarin Oriental, Vienna bist du Teil des Spa Teams und für verschiedene Aufgaben verantwortlich. Du berichtest an unsere Assistant Director of Spa und Director of Spa.

Als Spa Attendant wirst du für folgende Aufgaben verantwortlich sein:

• Empfang der Gäste, Bereitstellung von Informationen über die Spa-Angebote und -Einrichtungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Orientierung im Spa-Bereich
• Sicherstellen, dass alle Behandlungsräume sauber, ordentlich und gut ausgestattet sind, um eine angenehme Erfahrung für die Gäste zu gewährleisten
• Pflege der gesamten Spa-Einrichtung, einschließlich Umkleideräumen, Ruheräumen und Toiletten, um stets hohe Hygiene- und Sauberkeitsstandards einzuhalten
• Verteilung von frischen Handtüchern, Bademänteln und anderen notwendigen Produkten für die Gäste
• Aufrechterhaltung der Ordnung und Sauberkeit im gesamten Spa, einschließlich Pools, Saunen und Fitnessbereichen
• Überprüfung und Wartung der Spa-Ausstattung und -Produkte, Sicherstellung, dass alles in gutem Zustand ist
• Beantwortung allgemeiner Fragen der Gäste und Unterstützung bei der Auswahl von Behandlungen oder Annehmlichkeiten
• Sicherstellen, dass alle Sicherheitsvorschriften im Spa-Bereich eingehalten werden, z. B. Notfallprotokolle, Pool- und Saunarisiken
• Teilnahme an Schulungen zur Verbesserung der Servicequalität und Weiterentwicklung der Kenntnisse in Bezug auf Spa-Behandlungen und Produkte

About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Vienna within the Spa Team in Vienna, the Spa Attendant is responsible for various duties. The Spa Agent reports to the Assistant Director of Spa and Director of Spa.

As Spa Attendant you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Welcoming guests, providing information about spa offerings and facilities, and assisting with orientation within the spa area
• Ensuring that all treatment rooms are clean, tidy, and well-equipped to provide a pleasant experience for guests
• Maintaining the entire spa facility, including locker rooms, relaxation areas, and restrooms, to uphold high hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Distributing fresh towels, bathrobes, and other necessary products for guests
• Maintaining order and cleanliness throughout the spa, including pools, saunas, and fitness areas
• Inspecting and maintaining spa equipment and products, ensuring everything is in good condition
• Answering general guest inquiries and assisting with the selection of treatments or amenities
• Ensuring that all safety regulations in the spa area are followed, including emergency protocols, pool, and sauna risks
• Participating in training to improve service quality and expand knowledge related to spa treatments and products

The collective minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 2.088,00. There is a willingness to offer a higher salary depending on qualifications and work experience.
