Responsibilities

About the Role:
We are seeking a Sourcing Lead to take ownership of high-value, end-to-end sourcing projects and supplier management within bp's procurement function. In this position, you will shape sourcing strategies, influence key stakeholders, and support team members in complex procurement matters.
This role suits a procurement professional with strategic thinking, strong negotiation experience, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sourcing projects of medium to high complexity
- Define sourcing strategies and approach to market
- Manage negotiations and contract lifecycle
- Support junior colleagues, offering mentorship and guidance
- Identify value levers and process improvement opportunities
- Liaise with global stakeholders and suppliers
- Oversee post-award contract and supplier performance management

Requirements

About You:
- Around 5 years of sourcing/procurement experience, preferably in an international setting
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Fluent English
- Strategic mindset and commercial awareness
- Knowledge of Ariba/Salesforce is an advantage
- Business or procurement-related education preferred
