Responsibilities
- Configuration of the P&P platform end to end, across both frontend and backend
- Tuning and optimization of forecast and attribution models to match client data and business logic
- Writing custom business logic in SQL, Python, or Go where standard configuration isn’t enough
- Evaluation of promotional campaigns and production of analytical reporting for client stakeholders
- Application of structured problem-solving to complex retail configuration challenges
- Design and specification of integrations between the P&P platform and client systems
Requirements
- Hands-on P&P platform configuration experience (frontend and backend)
- Experience optimizing forecast and attribution models
- Working proficiency in SQL, Python, or Go
- Experience with campaign evaluation and analytical reporting
- Strong, structured problem-solving skills on complex retail challenges
- Ability to design and specify system integrations
- German language proficiency (native or C1)
- Business-level English

- Prior experience with retail planning, pricing, or promotions systems
