Solution Architect

Main tasks, responsibilities:

Together with our digitalization team you will work on developing software solutions for industrial applications. Your responsibilities will include overseeing projects from conception to the implementation of new solutions.
You will contribute to the architectural design and development of software systems, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic goals and adhere to best practices.
Working closely with our product owner team, you will gather business requirements and translate them into software architecture.
You will provide technical guidance and mentoring to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Additionally, you will collaborate with other software architects to seamlessly integrate and operate new software solutions, ensuring their successful deployment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as a Software Solution Architect or a similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex software solutions
At least 3 years of experience in the role of a developer
You enjoy interacting with internal clients and developers, and translating requirements into data, process models, and algorithms
You possess a hands-on mentality, strong analytical skills, work independently, and eagerly contribute your innovative thinking and ideas
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
You should be willing to travel up to 20%
