Responsibilities

Technical consultation and client education
Creation of feasible delivery plans for on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project implementations
Design and implementation of high-performing, maintainable, and secure software aligned with industry best practices and company capabilities
Assessment of existing system architectures and spearheading recommendations for new solutions
Collaboration with development teams across all platforms (Frontend, Backend, Infra, Test)
Proactive management of technology-related risks
Leadership of Thought Leadership efforts within the engineering domain including crafting articles, delivering speeches at conferences, and contributing to internal knowledge-sharing processes

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in backend web and mobile technologies
Deep understanding of system architecture and infrastructures
Experience in consulting with clients
Customer-centric attitude and passion for driving business outcomes
Exceptional communication and presentation skills for conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences
Curious, "never settle" mindset to ask the right questions at the right time
Ability to collaborate with sales team to understand client needs and craft high-quality proposals and presentations
Hands-on experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies and enthusiasm for using the latest tools
Willingness to explore and understand mobile architectures
Proficiency in Business English
