Responsibilities

Active partnership with sales and project managers to estimate, design, develop and deliver solutions
Continuous communication with domain experts and product owners to understand core business needs and goals to synthesize requirement and quality standards
Design and pitch proposed solution to the management, peers, team, etc.
Advocacy of proposal during all stages of SDLC
Hands-on involvement into development process
Team supervision
Project tracking
Requirements change management
Solutions and technology documentation management
Leading detailed project design activities
PoC development
Team mentoring and talents development
Active involvement in architecture community
Sharing expertise with peers
Participation in establishing best practices across projects and technology departments

Requirements

At least 5 years hands-on experience in commercial software development
At least 2 years experience as a team or technical leader
Upper-intermediate English or better
Strong expertise in cloud engineering
Expertise in at least one modern programming ecosystem such as .NET, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Python
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform such as MS Azure, AWS, GCP
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Knowledge of architecture design patterns and industry best practices
Comfortable with direct communication with clients
Open and flexible mind
Strong analytical skills
Critical thinking
