Responsibilities

Architecture of Cloud-native AI Applications Integrating LLMs, Vector Search, and Real-time Data
Design of End-to-end Web Solutions from Frontend to Backend
Implementation of RAG Pipelines, Model Serving, and AI Agents in Production
Leadership of Cross-functional Teams (Full-stack, AI, Data)
Building and Maintenance of Backend Services in Python and Integration with React or Angular Frontends
Translation of Business Requirements into Scalable Technical Solutions
Ensuring Quality through Testing, CI/CD, and Cloud-native Best Practices

Requirements

7+ Years in Software Engineering Designing Distributed Systems
Strong Full-stack Experience with React and FastAPI
Sharp Product Vision and UX/UI Intuition
Expert-level Python
Hands-on Experience with LLMs, Vector Databases, or RAG Architectures
Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD Pipelines, and Relational Databases

Nice-to-have

Experience with Databricks (Lakebase, MLflow, Unity Catalog), Experience with GenAI Frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen), Experience with Node.js Full-stack, Experience Leading Multi-disciplinary Engineering Teams
