Tasks
Coordinate and manage daily operation of Software Services Infrastructure team (10 members)
Figure out new directions, plans to be able to improve software services and to deliver more value to the business.
Focus on our colleagues, people and talent management
Quarterly evaluations, at least monthly 1-2-1 meetings with all team members
Create and maintain training plan
Collaborate with the other team leaders in the organization
Coordinate project activities, participate in project meetings and create resource plans
Create holiday and home office plans, approve holidays and home office requests in SAP
Create target settings and compensation plans for colleagues
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience and training
Experience in people management
Experience working with at least one of the following technologies – SCCM, Intune, Ivanti for MDM, enterprise level patch management, License Management experience and familiarity with SAM tools (preferably SNOW
Strong analytical problem-solving skills
Ability to work as part of an international team
Possess the ability to troubleshoot non-standard/undocumented issues
Hands-on experience with ITIL processes and ability to adapt them to MOL standards
Proficient in both verbal and written English communication
