We are looking for a well-prepared and highly skilled sales representative with experience in IT sales and a commitment to hunting activities for our clients, who are involved in software development and have international ownership / presence.

 

Our client's product is competitive and real valuable, has been awarded multiple times, and is a market leader in its sector.

We are seeking a new colleague to increase domestic market share.

  • Acquire new clients to broaden the Hungarian portfolio
  • Proactively sell the entire product portfolio ( own developed SaaS; distributed mainly Oracle based products)
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, conduct sales meetings, and provide software demonstrations
  • Ensure the achievement of sales targets
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the internal CRM tool
  • Explore new sales opportunities and propose strategies for market penetration in Hungary
  • Review sales performance to meet annual targets
  • Participate in trade exhibitions and conferences when feasible
  • Proven track record in IT sales – preferably software solution (3+ years of experience could be a good starting point)
  • Native Hungarian speaker, fluent in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong interest in software development, eager to learn new technology
  • Eager to learn and hands-on approach
  • Availability to travel frequently within the assigned territory
  • Competitive base salary + quarterly performance-based bonuswithout cap, company car for private usage as well
