Responsibilities

  • Support aiSim project managers in day-to-day coordination of software development projects
  • Work closely with software developers and cross-functional teams
  • Record and track meeting minutes in Confluence
  • Create and manage Jira tickets
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Track project progress, deadlines, and action items
  • Learn modern software development and project management practices
  • Coordinate internal projects and gradually take on more responsibility

Requirements

  • Ongoing full-time university studies for at least one more year
  • Availability of at least 20 working hours per week
  • Strong interest in software development, engineering, or technology
  • Technical background gained through university studies, personal projects, programming, robotics, or similar hands-on experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable, proactive, and quality-focused mindset
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Intermediate English

Nice-to-have

  • Degree or ongoing studies in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
  • Professional experience in software development or engineering
  • Experience with programming, scripting, robotics, embedded systems, or other technical projects
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
