Support aiSim project managers in the day-to-day coordination of software development projects
Work closely with software developers and cross-functional teams
Record and track meeting minutes in Confluence
Create and manage Jira tickets
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Track project progress, deadlines, and action items
Learn modern software development and project management practices
Opportunity to coordinate internal projects and gradually take on more responsibility

Ongoing full-time university studies for at least one more year
Availability of at least 20 working hours per week
Strong interest in software development, engineering, or technology
Technical background gained through university studies, personal projects, programming, robotics, or similar hands-on experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Reliable, proactive, and quality-focused mindset
Good communication and teamwork skills
Intermediate English

Degree or ongoing studies in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
Professional experience in software development or engineering
Experience with programming, scripting, robotics, embedded systems, or other technical projects
Experience with Jira and Confluence
