Responsibilities

Building and evolving the Risk Manager platform
Developing secure, scalable microservices using TypeScript and React in a serverless architecture on AWS
Contributing to AI-powered features for risk management
Taking end-to-end ownership of services from development to deployment and monitoring
Participating in architectural discussions
Contributing to sprint demos
Gaining exposure to the full product lifecycle
Delivering technical contributions on early-career tasks with growing autonomy
Owning smaller user stories independently
Partnering with senior engineers on complex projects
Experimenting with emerging AI techniques
Contributing to agentic workflows and LLM-powered features
Following engineering best practices including code quality, testing, and CI/CD
Contributing to a healthy team flow
Using AI tools to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, research, and code reviews with validation and judgment

Requirements

0–3 years of hands-on software development in an agile environment
Familiarity with core AI concepts and terminology including machine learning, large language models, generative AI
Knowledge of common AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor and their general use
Understanding that AI outputs are probabilistic and require validation
Awareness of AI-powered coding tools integration and responsible review of AI outputs
Familiarity with Node.js and/or TypeScript
Experience building RESTful APIs aligned with OpenAPI specifications
Familiarity with React for building modern web interfaces
Understanding of Git and version control best practices
Experience with Docker and containerization workflows
Awareness of data privacy and compliance when using AI tools
Knowledge of not sharing proprietary or sensitive information and flagging potential privacy, safety, or fairness issues
