Responsibilities

Participation in industrial automation projects
Full-stack development
Leading the software development team to design, implement, and maintain the entire application stack
Ensuring workflows in the Scrum framework
Collaboration with engineers, project teams, management, and other stakeholders,
Innovation and introduction of new technologies
Effective resource and cost management
Open minded and good understanding of new IT solutions
Participation in projects involving both domestic and international assignments

Requirements

Experience in industrial automation
Experience in people management
Strong knowledge of C# or NodeJS, plus experience with front-end technologies, ideally with Angular
Experience with agile frameworks, like Scrum
At least a BSc degree in Computer Science or a related field
Strong collaboration and leadership skills
Ability to effectively assign and delegate tasks
Fluency in English
Excellent communication skills
Precise and structured work attitude
Category B driving license
