PTC determines compensation using objective and gender‑neutral criteria, including relevant professional experience, skills, qualifications, role responsibilities, and the role’s geographic location.
The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is Gr. 20,000,000 – 26,000,000 HUF or the stated work location.This range reflects the expected remuneration for the role at the time of posting.
In addition to base salary, the position may be eligible to participate in a performance‑based variable compensation plan, where applicable, in accordance with established plan rules and local legal requirements.
Final compensation will be determined within the stated salary range, based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience relative to the role’s requirements and the applicable internal compensation framework.
Eligible employees may also be offered the opportunity to participate in PTC’s Employee Share Purchase Programme (ESPP), subject to local eligibility criteria and applicable law.
