Responsibilities
Manage Szallas-hu’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn) — from strategy to daily posts
Brief TikTok creators and social media project partners, and brainstorm creative ideas together
Create content — posts, stories, TikToks — you’ve got an eye for filming and photography
Measure and analyze campaign results, test new creative ideas
️Manage paid ads across Meta and TikTok Ads Manager
Experiment with new ideas and mini research projects involving Szallas-hu followers — basically, run your own mini social media lab
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in social media management (either your own creator profile or managing business accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
A strong creative vibe: bold ideas that stand out and can make our next campaign go viral.
A great visual eye — your posts just look right. You’re comfortable with video editing, photography, and simple design tasks.
You’re confident using Canva, Photoshop, or CapCut (maybe even with your eyes closed).
️You’ve got a talent for writing — your captions make people hit “Save” instantly. You can turn even the dullest topic into engaging content.
You think strategically and aren’t afraid of data or performance metrics.
You’re independent, flexible, and solution-oriented. When things change mid-campaign, you adapt easily without stress.
You speak English — you’ll be collaborating with international teams.
High-key skillset bonus: 1–2 years of experience at a marketing agency (as a content creator, graphic designer, copywriter, account, or PR specialist) — you know how valuable that is in a social media career.

You’re a natural storyteller who always knows what’s next in the social media world.
