SME Sales Team Leader

Task:

In this role, the main purpose of your work is to lead, develop and manage the local Acquisition team with partial responsibility for acquisition of merchants (20% of the time allocation).

If you are an enthusiastic individual who has experience in people management and also in acquiring merchants, we may have the perfect job for you!

What you will be working on:

  • Creating, establishing and maintaining sales processes;
  • developing the team to help them with their growth;
  • generate the leads to maintain the continuous sales processes with constantly;
  • creating and following the plans - making sure that the targets are fair and are regularly being delivered;
  • improving the selection process and leads quality;
  • product launches and improvement with Product and Dev Teams;
  • cooperation with other departments - Customer Success, BI and other teams;
  • working with group teams on strategy alignment.

Expectation:

  • 3+ years relevant experience in both people management and acquisition;
  • great command of English, both oral and written, and native in Hungarian;
  • experience in negotiation with partners;
  • good knowledge of the Hungarian e-commerce market;
  • personal qualities and soft skills: great organizational and communication skill, ambitious, leader mentality, open-minded personality.

Nice to have:

  • Gained experience as Key Account Manager / Product Manager or equivalent in e-commerce.
