Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Design and implement observability with centralized monitoring, logging, and alerting strategy for custom integrations
- Define service level objectives (SLOs) and service level indicators (SLIs) aligned with customer expectations and business impact
- Architect for reliability by partnering with solution architects and developers to enforce best practices for integration architecture
- Troubleshoot and remediate critical incidents related to custom integrations as primary escalation point
- Manage integration infrastructure focusing on security, cost-optimization, and scalability
- Champion infrastructure as code (IaC) practices and align with core engineering team
- Automate CI/CD pipelines for deployment of integration code and infrastructure changes
- Create and document operational handoffs and processes between teams
- Lead blameless post-mortems to analyze incidents and drive improvements
- Develop runbooks, architectural diagrams, and best-practice guides for professional services
Requirements
- Experience in site reliability engineering (SRE), DevOps, or cloud infrastructure role
- Expertise with AWS
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Experience with observability platforms (Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language, preferably Ruby
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Systems-thinking approach with passion for troubleshooting complex problems and improving processes
Nice-to-have
- Experience working within a client-facing professional services or technical consulting organization
- Background in managing reliability of APIs, middleware, and complex data integrations
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field
