Site manager

Our partner, the first independent expert in the international automation and IT market, operating a professionally and motivationally selected specialist network with more than 10 years of experience in the programming domain, is looking for a Site manager for automotive assembly sites in Germany, in order to develop its complex service activities and meet increased market demand.

• Daily on-site coordination of international specialist teams working at automotive assembly sites
• Monitoring on-site project operations, work organization, and execution
• Maintaining contact with the client side, on-site team leaders, and the company’s central project management
• Operational leadership of mixed-nationality teams, primarily consisting of technical specialists
• Managing project tasks, deadlines, resources, and on-site issues
• Preparing site reports, status updates, and summaries
• Continuously ensuring project quality, work discipline, and stable on-site operations
• Participating in the development of on-site processes and the stabilization of project operations

• Experience in project management or on-site project coordination
• Experience in automotive, industrial assembly, or automation environments
• Confident handling of international, mixed-nationality teams
• Strong English language skills, actively used both written and spoken
• Independent, assertive, and structured work style
• Problem-solving mindset, decision-making ability, and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to travel and work on-site in Germany (primarily Reutlingen or Prüm)
• Availability within a short timeframe, with the possibility to start within 45–60 days

• German language skills
• Polish language skills
• Experience in PLC, automation, mechanical, or electrical projects
• Knowledge of automotive supplier or manufacturing environments
• On-site commissioning or installation experience
• Project or work experience in multiple countries
