Responsibilities

Managing and overseeing all activities on the assigned construction site to ensure execution is on time, within budget, and as per contractual requirements
Acting as the primary interface to the customer on all contractual matters and maintaining professional relationships with local authorities
Fostering a safety-first culture by ensuring strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) plans and regulations by all personnel
Driving site activities to achieve contractual milestones and managing workforce requirements effectively
Handling change management on-site, including the preparation and negotiation of variation orders to subcontractors
Ensuring that all activities meet quality standards and that all relevant records are created and archived accurately
Managing the site budget and ensuring that costs remain within the defined project limits

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering
Multiple years of professional experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager, specifically on large-scale construction sites in the energy sector or similar industries
Sound commercial awareness, experience in contract management, and strong business acumen
Relevant knowledge and certified experience in the field of HSE
Full fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
Structured and organized approach with excellent leadership, communication, and customer interface skills
Possession of a valid driving license
