As a Shortflow Project Leader, you will be the primary driver for the development and market release of IGBT modules based on our existing platforms. You will own the entire project lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence, team alignment, and strict adherence to all quality and safety standards.

 

In your new role you will:

  • Development and production release of IGBT modules based upon existing package platforms and chip technologies
  • Assurance of product compliance to standards and specifications
  • Plans, organizes, and controls class E short flow projects
  • Is fully responsible for all operational decisions in the project and for the successful achievements of all project targets
  • Main contact person for all questions regarding the project
  • Forms and leads project team

We are looking for a proactive leader who demonstrates strong integrity, takes ownership of outcomes, and fosters collaboration within diverse teams. You should possess the ability to navigate complex technical challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, communicate clearly under pressure, and adapt quickly to evolving project dynamics while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

 

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics with a solid foundation in power electronics and basic semiconductor components.
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry, including specific experience in project management.
  • IPMA E certification or equivalent relevant project management certification/experience.
  • Fundamental knowledge of project-related legal and financial aspects, as well as project initiation, planning, and closing.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory). German language is an advantage.
