We are looking for a colleague for the position of Shop Development Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the strategy for developing new concepts shop and gastro of petrol stations in the Orlen network.
- Fully responsible for the implementation of the new Shop Cafe concept in the gas station network. Comes up with suggestions for improving the Stop Cafe concept in ORLEN network in Hungary.
- Responsible for project management and control. Manages the project team (Designers/PMC and internal departments)
- Consulting in the preparation of reconstructions and construction of new Fuel Station. Implementation of changes in the layout of Fuel Station stores. Responsibility for the preparation of store layouts included in the project in the Stop Cafe concept and other projects within the company. Ensures approval of prepared projects.
- Co-responsible for the selection of service providers for interior renovations of petrol stations and the quality of the resulting renovations.
- Responsible for orders for small SHOP equipment. Including the entire order, delivery and invoicing process. Cooperation in creating ORLEN HU layouts.
- Responsible for technical inspections of ORLEN HU indented for the implementation of the Stop Cafe project and subsequent visits to Fuel Stations as part of inspection days during the reconstruction.
- Creates and approves the layout of the interior of stores and consults with other departments the sales concept.
- Project management. Processing of reports and presentations according tot he requirements of internal departments. Fulfillment of other tasks according tot he requirements of the superior.
Requirements
- 5 year of professional experience
- DWG, Autocad, Ms Office and knowledge of other design programs
- Good Excell knowledge
- Proficiency in english
