Partnership with vendors, GBO/the Reward Hub teams, and internal teams to optimise delivery and reduce manual work
Leadership of share plan communications to improve participant engagement and understanding
Measurement of efficiency improvements, adoption outcomes and operational benefits from process changes

Experience leading projects or process improvement programmes
Knowledge of global employee share plans including approved UK and Irish plans or regulated reward environments
Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills
Experience with automation or operational excellence methodologies
Experience of employee communications
Understanding of share plan legislation, global taxation frameworks and regulatory requirements
Experience managing complex share plan events such as grants, vestings, exercises and participant reporting
