Lead optimisation, transformation and automation of global share plan processes
Improve participant experience, operational control and scalability
Deliver routine administration and transaction processing through GBO, vendors, automation or self-service
Lead UK and Ireland all employee plans end-to-end processes
Drive simplification, standardisation and automation of share plan processes and controls
Lead share plan projects, system enhancements and transformation initiatives from design through adoption
Redesign processes, guidance and service touchpoints to improve participant experience
Partner with vendors, GBO/the Reward Hub teams, and internal teams to optimise delivery and reduce manual work
Lead share plan communications to improve participant engagement and understanding
Measure efficiency improvements, adoption outcomes and operational benefits from process changes

Experience leading projects or process improvement programmes
Knowledge of global employee share plans including approved UK and Irish plans or regulated reward environments
Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills
Experience with automation or operational excellence methodologies
Experience of employee communications
Understanding of share plan legislation, global taxation frameworks and regulatory requirements
Experience managing complex share plan events such as grants, vestings, exercises and participant reporting
