Responsibilities

Development and integration of IT or IT-enabled services and solutions for external clients
Serve as a technical expert on development and implementation requirements
Document the solution and govern it internally for its deliverability
Deliver ITSM, CSM, ITOM solutions for Switzerland, DACH region and Hungary
Implement complex functionalities using front-end and back-end capabilities of ServiceNow platform
Implement complex integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using technologies like SOAP and REST Webservices, JDBC, LDAP
Produce technical documentation

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow (preferably on implementation projects)
3 years' experience in consulting external customers
Certificates in ServiceNow (CSA or CAD)
Thorough knowledge of CMDB concepts and databases
Excellent scripting skills in JavaScript
Experience with Agile Methodologies, tools
Understanding of CSDM model
Experience dealing with technical end-users in a service-oriented role
Highly focused on customer satisfaction
Ability to switch between multiple tasks/projects/contexts
Ability to work without direct supervision
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Fluent in English and Hungarian
