Servicenow Business Analyst (NT)

• Ownership of ServiceNow platform configuration and optimization to meet business needs.
• Collaboration with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications for ServiceNow implementations.
• Utilization of ServiceNow data analysis tools to gather, analyze, and model data for actionable insights.
• Strategic planning to align ServiceNow capabilities with business goals, ensuring effective resource allocation.
• Business model analysis using ServiceNow to enhance competitive advantage and operational efficiency.
• Process design and optimization within the ServiceNow ecosystem to improve productivity and consistency.
• Systems analysis to ensure ServiceNow solutions support business objectives and integrate seamlessly.
• Preparation and presentation of recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of proposed ServiceNow solutions.
• Documentation of findings, analyses, and recommendations within the ServiceNow framework.
• Guidance and support to staff during the implementation of ServiceNow solutions to ensure effective integration.
• Measurement of changes' success using ServiceNow analytics and identification of further areas for improvement.

• Several years of practical experience in business analysis, with a focus on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, modules, and best practices.
• Familiarity with IT and software applications, particularly within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating insights and solutions to diverse audiences
• 5+ years experience 
• Fluent English
• Candidate needs to be to be currently eligible to work in Hungary.
