Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair medical device equipment issues
Proven experience in manual soldering (0603, TSSOP, TQFP, QFN packages)
Understanding of electrical schematics or wiring diagrams
Document service activities, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Process and track service requests, RMAs, and technical cases
Maintain detailed records within systems such as Salesforce and/or SAP
Collaborate with internal departments, including engineering, operations, and customer support
Escalate unresolved technical issues when necessary
Maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up
Maintain service related, intercompany communication and data exchange

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
Experience troubleshooting electrical or electronic equipment
Strong computer and typing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to compose professional emails and technical documentation
Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or similar CRM/ERP systems preferred
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Customer service experience preferred

Nice-to-have

Experience supporting medical devices, industrial equipment, or technical hardware
Familiarity with service documentation and case management systems
Experience working in a technical support or repair environment
