Responsibilities

Huawei Hungary is growing! As a result we are now seeking a Service Manager to join our well established Delivery & Service team the heart of Budapest. The primary responsibilities include leading and executing project implementation activities and collecting and monitoring issues, ensuring hey are efficiently and timely resolved.

Please note that this is an on-site position with 5 days in the office!
Office location: 116-118 Vaci Ut, Budapest, 1133

In this role you will:

Report into the Project Manager
Be responsible for leading and executing project implementation activities;
Collect, monitor issues, ensure issues of implementation can be efficiently and timely monitored and solved;
Coordinate with customer to solve the problems during implementation and testing;
Monitor and control Quality, Risks and Progress;
Main interface to Customer on-site;
Cooperate with subcontractors

Requirements

As our ideal candidate, you will have:

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
Previous experience in network administration, routing, and switching (BGP, OSPF, MPLS).
Proficiency in Linux, Python scripting.
Expertise in troubleshooting, firewalls, and data center technologies.
Cisco/Juniper certifications (CCNA/CCNP) are an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in both Hungarian and English.
