Responsibilities

The Service Delivery Supervisor is a key regional role to our customer success. You will coordinate service delivery activities, support Field Service Engineers, and serve as the primary point of contact for OEMs, partners, and end users. You'll work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure our service standards remain best‑in‑class while contributing to the development of regional service strategies.

What you will do

  • Lead and manage the team, supporting them with their development needs and driving their full performance
  • Oversee and coordinate Service Delivery and Service Administration teams across DACH.
  • Provide support and technical insight to our customers
  • Represent the company as the main local contact for all service-related matters.
  • Lead resource planning and service visit scheduling to ensure SLA compliance.
  • Maintain exceptional service standards and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide local‑language technical support to OEMs, partners, and key customers.
  • Support FSEs with field activity as required—including cover for workload or absences.
  • Report and update the Service Operations Manager on technical and administrative matters.
  • Collaborate closely with HQ and regional sales teams to ensure a unified customer strategy.
  • Develop and implement regional service delivery initiatives aligned with company objectives.

Requirements

  • Relevant educational technical discipline is preferred
  • Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems is desirable
  • Fluent in English and German both verbal and written is essential
  • Experience in the scientific, gas, or similar technical industry is preferred
  • Strong cross‑cultural communication and regional working experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a systematic, detail‑oriented mindset.
  • Ability to convey technical information clearly and adapt communication to different audiences.
  • Proven ability to drive process improvement and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Self‑starter with strong commercial and operational awareness.

The Service Delivery Supervisor is a new and exciting position as the successful candidate willlead service operations across the DACH region, be a motivational leader to 6 Field Service Engineers and ensure our customers receive outstanding technical support. This position based in our Frankfurt office but will require travel around the DACH region, with occasional travel within the EMENA regions.
