Series-/Change-Manager - PD

• Support of customer projects in the series phase (including EOP and spare parts phase) in accordance with the product life cycle at the production site; acting as central contact person (internal/external)

• Coordination of change requests (internal/external) from evaluation and implementation decision to successful implementation in series production, including planning, coordination and monitoring of the entire change process in accordance with the defined process

• Coordination and control of tasks within the PLM of series, EOP and spare parts projects, including process and product changes according to process

• Responsibility for product management in PLM and release of saleable products

• Coordinating the planning and execution of production batches as well as trials and design verification (DVP) as part of series support

• Responsibility for the evaluation of deviation permits and special approvals (internal/external) as well as definition and tracking of measures

• Achieving the set targets (KPIs) in terms of quality, costs and time, including deadline and budget responsibility for supervised projects and ongoing project controlling with regard to key project figures

• Continuous and sustainable improvement of our products and processes, including continuous product cost optimization and ensuring the exchange of information across plants and projects

• Collaboration in the analysis and definition of corrective measures in the event of quality problems

• Mediation in the event of conflicting objectives and bringing about decisions (escalation)

• Engineer degree or above (technical college or university)
• Min. 3 year experience in design engineering and project management (preferable in the automotive industry)
• Basic PC knowledge and dealing with EDV-, information- and communication systems
• Knowledge in automation, assembly technology and manufacturing system engineering for lean manufacturing and mass production
• Fluent English
• Ability to work in team and social competence
• Strong technical skills and interest to development itself in new areas and areas of expertise
• Basic knowledge of DIN EN ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards
