Responsibilities
Are you an excellent and driven SEO Specialist?
We will ask you to be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance organic performance metrics across various digital channels, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and increase audience engagement.
You also will be responsible for strategy, planning, goal setting, results, and quality, bringing an insightful out of the box vision, data-driven perspective and with a clear focus on Adaptive Recognition business goals.
You’ll spend time on the following:

You also will be responsible for strategy, planning, goal setting, results, and quality, bringing an insightful out of the box vision, data-driven perspective and with a clear focus on Adaptive Recognition business goals.
You’ll spend time on the following:
- Conduct keyword research and analysis
- Develop and execute content strategies
- Write and optimize website copy, blog posts, and other digital content
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, search engine rankings, and other key performance indicators
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm updates
- Conduct competitive analysis
- Develop and maintain editorial calendars
- Set measurable goals
- Use data-driven insights to inform content decisions
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior writers and content creators.
Requirements
- Three years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns.
- Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
- Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google.
- Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools.
- Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on regular basis.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.
- Good time management skills, including prioritizing and scheduling.
