Feladatok

Visual Production & Storytelling

Capture high-quality photo and video content for luxury properties, developments, and lifestyle branding
Execute cinematic property walkthroughs, reels, short-form social content, and long-form video
Maintain consistent premium visual standards aligned with HEAVEN.’s brand positioning

Pre-Production & Execution

Plan and manage shoots end-to-end: location setup, lighting, staging, camera movement, and framing
Coordinate efficiently with Sales Directors, agents, and management to meet timelines

Editing, Motion & AI-Driven Workflows

Advanced post-production using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop & Lightroom
Create motion graphics, titles, transitions, and branded animations
Leverage AI tools for:
- Video enhancement and upscaling
- Faster editing workflows
- Captioning, social optimisation, and creative experimentation

Digital & Platform Optimisation

Optimise content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, and paid campaigns
Stay ahead of trends in real estate video, social formats, and visual storytelling

Elvárások

Location: Dubai

Proven senior-level experience in videography & photography

(Marketing Agency or Real Estate industry experience is strongly preferred)

Strong portfolio demonstrating:
- Cinematic videography
- Advanced editing
- Motion graphics and branded animations
High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom)
Confident handling of DSLR / mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting equipment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, sales, and leadership teams
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple shoots and deadlines simultaneously
Tech-savvy mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance editing workflows, productivity, and content optimisation
Strong understanding of visual branding, content performance, and platform optimisation
Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable in meeting agreed timelines
