Responsibilities

Crafting delightful customer experiences by designing intuitive user journeys, flows, and wireframes
Turning wireframes into polished, development-ready designs while using design systems and UI libraries to bring product ideas to life
Collaborating closely with our development and product teams to transform ideas into exceptional software
Connecting with international clients to truly understand their goals, challenges, and domains
Delivering visually stunning, pixel-perfect designs for both mobile and web applications
Creating thoughtful, guideline-compliant solutions that not only delight users but also make life easier for developers
Jumping into user research to uncover needs, spot pain points, and validate prototypes when needed

Requirements

At least 3+ years of experience designing digital products
Experience designing products end-to-end: from mapping customer journeys, to building high-fidelity wireframes, to crafting pixel-perfect UIs
Confidence in using Figma as your daily design tool
Strong UI & UX skills backed by a portfolio
Excellent technical and interaction design skills, and knowing when and how to apply them
Solid knowledge to handle even more complex design systems
Deep understanding of user-centered design and strong visual design principles
Comfortable collaborating in an Agile team to define, design, and ship new features
Clear, confident English communication skills to collaborate with international clients
