Responsibilities

Daily design tasks for a variety of projects
Project leadership and reporting to the Lead Designer
Turning stakeholder goals and user research into wireframes
Simplifying complex user flows into intuitive interfaces
Interaction design including mapping user flows and prototyping interactions
Presentation and communication of design decisions to clients and team members
Stakeholder management
Project timeline estimation

Requirements

Strong English skills in written and spoken communication
5+ years of UX/UI design experience
Portfolio of top 5 projects demonstrating clean visual design and user experience focus
Project leadership experience
UX expertise in wireframing and user flow simplification
Interaction design experience
Strong design fundamentals including typography, layout, color theory, and grid systems
Knowledge of UI frameworks such as Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines, Bootstrap, and Tailwind
Proficiency in Figma
Presentation and communication skills
Project estimation skills

Nice-to-have

Active presence on platforms like Dribbble, Behance, or Twitter
Experience writing blog posts about design
Familiarity with no-code tools like Framer or Webflow
Skills in animation, branding, illustration, coding, or motion design
