Responsibilities

Daily design tasks for a variety of projects
Participation in a growing, fun, and passionate design team
Delivery of quality work to clients worldwide

Requirements

Strong English skills in written and spoken communication
5+ years of UX/UI design experience
Portfolio of top 5 projects demonstrating clean visual design and user experience focus
Project leadership and direct reporting to Lead Designer
UX expertise in turning stakeholder goals and user research into wireframes
Interaction design experience including user flow mapping and prototyping
Strong design fundamentals including typography, layout, color theory, and grid systems
Knowledge of UI frameworks such as Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines, Bootstrap, and Tailwind
Proficiency in Figma
Presentation and communication skills for design justification and stakeholder management
Project estimation skills without need for design-related guidance

Nice-to-have

Active presence on platforms like Dribbble, Behance, or Twitter, Experience writing blog posts about design, Familiarity with no-code tools like Framer or Webflow, Skills in animation, branding, illustration, coding, or motion design
