- Hotel and land service bookings.
- Communication with hotels, suppliers and clients.
- Communication in English, troubleshooting with partners and suppliers.
- Customer service via phone.

Elvárások
- University degree in tourism or at least 3 years experience in the sector.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, confident and polite attitude.
- High tolerance, flexibility, empathy and resilience.
- Good problem solving and concentration skills, precision and meeting deadlines.
- Solid computer skills.
