Responsibilities

Leading technical discovery sessions and product demonstrations
Acting as the primary technical contact during enterprise sales cycles
Advising customers and partners on architecture, integrations, and best practices
Scoping and delivering consulting engagements and technical services
Designing and implementing API-based integrations and automations
Supporting migrations, onboarding projects, and customer-specific solutions
Contributing to proposals, effort estimations, and service descriptions
Owning complex technical escalations and integration-related issues
Performing root cause analysis and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams
Creating knowledge articles, best practices, and technical documentation

Requirements

Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, Solution Architect, Professional Services Consultant, or Integration Consultant
Proven experience leading technical demos and customer discussions independently
Hands-on API and integration experience
Ability to design and deliver technical solutions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with enterprise customers in a SaaS or software environment
Fluent English

Nice-to-have

Experience with billable consulting or professional services
Cybersecurity or compliance exposure
Experience with SharePoint, SAP, Microsoft 365, or enterprise integrations
German language skills
Experience with document management or secure collaboration platforms
