Responsibilities

You will

Design, implement, and manage hybrid IT infrastructure across Azure Cloud and on-prem Windows environments
Lead or co-lead projects including cloud migrations, infrastructure modernization, and ITIL/CMDB initiatives
Support internal systems and client-facing solutions across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support, with a focus on Microsoft technologies
Act as deputy to the Team Lead, ensuring operational continuity and high-quality service delivery
Evaluate and deploy new hardware, software, and cloud services
Manage relationships with partners and vendors for hosting and cloud services
Ensure compliance with ISOstandards and Swiss data protection requirements

You bring

7+ years of experience as an IT System Engineer or Cloud Engineer, including part- or full-project leadership experience with experience in:
Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Azure Virtual Desktop, Entra ID, networking, security)
Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, Intune, Exchange Online
Automation and scripting with PowerShell, Bicep, or Terraform
ITIL-based service management and CMDB tools
Excellent communication skills in German and English, with experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
