Feladatok

Preparation and delivery of statutory financial statements across multiple international jurisdictions
Ensuring full compliance with local statutory, regulatory, and SOX requirements
Monitoring and implementation of changes in local jurisdictional regulations
Building deep expertise in global statutory reporting frameworks
Local tax and government reporting
Management of quarterly and year-end compliance obligations including statutory, tax, and government reporting
Support of audits and liaison with tax authorities, regulators, and auditors
Contribution to projects such as M&A, restructurings, and divestitures
Balance sheet and P&L monitoring across legal entities
Execution and enhancement of SOX and internal control processes
Driving process improvements with cross-functional stakeholders
Automation, optimisation and improvement of standard processes to achieve maximum operational excellence
Collaboration with finance, legal, tax, and operational teams globally
Tracking and reporting compliance KPIs and deadlines
Support of legal entity directors in meeting statutory obligations

Elvárások

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
Strong hands-on experience in statutory and compliance reporting
Proven expertise in statutory financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Effective communication with cross-functional stakeholders
Proactive and continuously learning mindset
