Responsibilities

Work with product line leaders to understand product requirements and vision
Translate requirements and vision into prioritized list of user stories and deliver to required timelines and quality standards
Develop multi generation software technology plans with product line leaders and architects
Define, develop, and evolve software in a fast paced and agile development environment using latest software development technologies and infrastructure
Collaborate with system engineers, frontend developers and backend developers to implement solutions aligned with and extending shared platforms and solutions
Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean, Agile, XP, CI, software and product security, scalability, documentation practices, refactoring and testing techniques
Write code meeting standards and delivering desired functionality using selected technology
Build features such as web services and queries on existing tables
Understand performance parameters and assess application performance
Work on core data structures and algorithms and implement them using language of choice
Support process improvements guiding development, sustaining and support activities
Proactively share information across the team to the right audience with appropriate level of detail and timeliness

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a software developer
Intermediate verbal and written communication skills in English
Extensive experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Security, REST, SOAP
Experience in developing containerized services using Docker, Kubernetes or similar
Experience in automated tests like unit libraries such as JUnit, Mockito
Working knowledge with SQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL or similar
Working knowledge in configuration management tools such as GitHub or Gitlab

Nice-to-have

Experience with web application development using Angular, React, HTML5, CSS3 and Typescript
Experience with OAuth 2.0 and SAML 2.0
Experience with Ping Identity Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC) or ForgeRock platform
Experience with AWS
