Responsibilities

Technical roadmap ownership for core C++ video frameworks
Writing and reviewing high-performance multithreaded C++ code
Solving synchronization and transcoding challenges using FFmpeg
Leading technical discussions and mentoring Mid-level engineers
Collaborating with product teams and customers for live global sports solutions

Requirements

Mastery of modern C++ (ideally up to C++20)
Extensive experience writing multithreaded, performance-optimized code
Significant experience with video codecs and containers using FFmpeg
Proven ability to lead technical directions and navigate stakeholders
Comfort with Git, Visual Studio, and advanced debugging workflows
Proactive problem-solving mindset

Nice-to-have

Experience with AWS or other cloud providers including containerization and elastic video orchestration, Knowledge of GPU acceleration (NVIDIA NVENC/NVDEC), Knowledge of network protocols (SRT, RIST, WebRTC), Experience with libraries like Qt and OpenGL, Passion for sport or experience in high-performance, reliability-critical environments
